Mike is a highly experienced change consultant with a graduate certificate in Management-Commerce, focusing on Organisational Psychology. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, spanning Property, Finance, Transport, Government, Education, Pharmaceuticals and the Arts.

Mike has successfully managed significant projects, including the relocation of 8,500 people for Westpac (completed three months ahead of schedule), the construction of a new workplace at Sydney Trains that combined track crew and office staff, and a transition from a heritage/traditional workplace to an activity-based working model for NSW Treasury at their new location. With a career in change management roles at companies such as SBS, Resolution Life, Transport for NSW and Sydney University, Mike brings extensive experience to any project.

When not working, you’ll find Mike living the dream at his home in the NSW Southern Highlands and working in the garden – his happy place. He loves spending time with his wife and grown-up kids and daydreams about his next travel destination: the Antarctic!
