Storage/Space Planning Consultant

To identify and quantify all storage holdings across
nominated sites through a detailed audit. Capture and
record all findings. Compile a report and
recommendations inclusive of workplace space planning
recommendations.

Provision of a Workplace Report that identified improved storage solutions/to generate more space • improved ways of working opportunities. Opportunities to Shrink (Archive, clean and cull) and strategies to implement change. The focus of the report was storage across all of the Australian Museum’s (AM’s) Sydney-based locations. This strategy paper put forward a plan for immediate action to address issues and shortcomings identified through the audit phase.
